Flatiron West, Inc. and The Lane Construction Corporation have partnered together to execute the Washington State Department of Transportation I-405, Renton to Bellevue Widening and Express Toll Lanes project. Our team was deliberately assembled to help WSDOT minimize impacts to the public, collaborate with stakeholders, ensure a smooth toll system rollout, and be highly effective at project start-up, closeout, and quality management. The Flatiron Lane JV has combined the most relevant WSDOT experience with excess local and national design and construction capacity to provide the best team to successfully deliver the I-405 RTB project in the busy Seattle construction market. AGC member since 2019.
