Yates Consulting is a small consulting firm specializing in assisting government agencies and private entities in diversity and inclusion (inclusion plan development, outreach, monitoring, etc..), communications and government affairs. The company has been in business since 2008 and has worked with several construction firms, the city of Seattle, Port of Seattle, State Department of Transportation and others.
